202aThe SDL 202 Certification Intermediate Workshop provides a combination of knowledge, skills, common sense and practice to further develop the ability to evaluate truthfulness and assess credibility.

Building on top of what was learnt in the *SDL 101 Workshop or Online Program, the Intermediate 202 Workshop will cement your lie detecting skills to new levels.

This is an invaluable skill for many professionals who use interviewing and interrogations to illicit information, as well as individuals concerned with security, public safety, recruitment, sales and marketing.

* Participants must have completed the 101 Program previously, and provide their own laptop.

Terms & Conditions
A minimum requirement of 12 participants (to a maximum of 15 participants) is required for this program to proceed, with notice provided a minimum of 30 days prior to the event if it to be cancelled. Full payment is required to secure a place on this event.

Refunds
A full refund is available 90 days prior to the event. A 50% refund is applicable for participants 60 days prior to the event. No refund is available for anything sooner, unless the event is cancelled by SDL. If this is the case, then a full refund is applicable.

The eight styles of facial expressions: (7) Ever-ready expressor. Does a person's initial response to almost anything to look surprised, worried, disgusted..? The ever-ready expressor characteristically shows one of the emotions as their first response to almost any situation, replacing whatever they are actually feeling. It does not need to be a full expression, e.g. could be one eyebrow raise in surprise, just the nose wrinkle of disgust etc. This style is probably unaware of this characteristic.
